Lorem Ipsum is simply dummy text of the printing and typesetting industry. Lorem Ipsum has been the industry’s standard dummy text ever since the 1500s, when an unknown printer took a galley of type and scrambled it to make a type specimen book. It has survived not only five centuries, but also the leap into electronic typesetting, remaining essentially unchanged. It was popularised in the 1960s with the release of Letraset sheets containing Lorem Ipsum passages, and more recently with desktop publishing software like Aldus PageMaker including versions of Lorem Ipsum.

Adv. Clint Coleridge

Board Member

Clint Don Coleridge currently holds the position as an Advocate of the High Court and member of the Cape Bar Council. Prior to being admitted as an Advocate Clint was a practicing Attorney for several years. He holds an LLB degree from the University of the Western Cape, PLT from the University of Cape Town and numerous legal certificates.
His belief is that Education is the greatest weapon that delivers change, change in oneself and the community.
He currently resides within the Atlantic Seaboard district. He is however grateful for the challenges posed whilst residing in different areas of the “Cape Flats”. These challenges were the epicentre of why Clint chose to practice within the legal field. His passionate about his deliverables, particularly when the public interest is of concern.

Clint brings substantive knowledge and expertise in the application of legislation, precedence, policies, and procedures. Working in the environment of Provincial and National Government which is too restricted within regulations he finds comfort and thrives within the environment of National and/or Local Government.

His professional background includes assisting with drafting new laws or amendments to existing laws. He was prevalent in the amendments to the Small Claims Court Act. Consulting with Ministers and further stakeholders. Solving problems which exists by implementation of legislation and regulations thereto. Drafting comprehensive opinions regarding issues within or against Ministerial offices, i.e., Home Affairs, Health, Police, SARS, Transport and Public Works etc. Taking comprehensive statements from public protectors and expert witnesses. This includes investigation in terms of law, implementation of dispute resolution and or disputing forensic findings, medico-legal matters, and litigation in both the private and the public (governmental) sector.

His passionate about Golf and Rugby but regards his family, Tracey Coleridge and their three kids, as the most important entities in his life.

He lives by the code of the five L’s. “Live, Love, Learn and Leave a Legacy.”

Shane Everts

Board Member

Shane’s qualifications in business administration and management inspired a keen interest in management practice in marketing as well as human resources. He is considered as a multi-skilled individual dedicated to advancing strategic organisational goals through enhanced management, marketing and effective people practice to instil new vision, passion and engagement at all levels.

His Specialties include Management Practice, Organisational Development, Organisational Strategy, Marketing Strategy, Integrated Marketing Communications, E-marketing, Human Resources, Employee Relations, Labour Law, Tand raining and Development.

Over the span of 20 years of work experience, he has demonstrated the capacity to successfully coordinate complex projects, marketing communication strategies, business and funding proposals as well as the production of annual reports that follow the latest communication trends.

Shane is very passionate about people, animals and especially children due to the fact that he was adopted at the age of six weeks. He was born in poverty, raised by the privileged and never forgot his roots. He has first-hand experience with the trials and tribulations experienced by orphaned and vulnerable children, therefore, humanitarian efforts are close to his heart.

At the age of 17 Shane was emancipated by the high court of Cape Town by honourable Justice Ngwenya when he was declared an adult so that he could take control of his life. Shane continues to bring justice oto ne-half of those who are unable to speak for themselves, Shane is the adopted father of Sasha a rescue who was the 1st of 4 to be unchained.

Sonia Vincent

Board Member

Sonia Vincent is an accomplished Human Resources Executive who served Kheth’Impilo Aids Free Living for more than 16 years serves on committees and boards and is a long-standing board member of Catapult Foundation. She brings with her more than 20 years of xperience in the fast-paced NGO sector. This experience gave her a deep appreciation for how non-profits seek to improve the quality of life in South Africa. Her expertise is in Policy Development, HR Risk Management and Strategic HR Management and implementation of HRM strategies. Sonia is highly proficient in the rules and regs and representation at CCMA proceedings. During 2020 she consulted and formed part of the COVID-19 Directorate for Kheth’Impilo. Sonia’s concern grows as funding dwindles in the sector and the demand for NGOs increases with limited funding and resources during the pandemic. Her next chapter is acquiring the skill and knowledge to write proposals and learn fundraising techniques in this sector.

A highlight in her career was working for The Truth and Reconciliation Commission (TRC). The TRC was a court-like restorative justice body assembled in South Africa after the end of apartheid. This experience sets her apart in terms of the understanding of human suffering and pain and the gross human rights violations perpetrated during the apartheid regime.

Sonia always had a creative flair since childhood she puts her heart and soul into her photography to document the client’s moments and the event planned. She is the founder, owner and creative force behind Sonia & Co. Sonia is married to John and a mother of three most charming individuals. Family is the cornerstone of her accomplishments. In her free time, she can be found pursuing her love of yoga, meditation, reading, cycling, dragon boat paddling, food, music, and Travel.

James Bruiners

Director of Operations

James Bruiners was born in the cultural town of Oudtshoorn in the Klein Karoo and relocated to Cape Town during his early years. James Attended Belgravia High and thereafter attended Pretoria Technical College and holds a Bachelors degree in Water Care. James was employed by the City of Cape Town for 38 years and later was appointed as Manager at the Athlone Waste Water Works. James is a keen soccor enthusiast and was an active member of Vernals Soccor Club, Bonteheuwel. During 2017 James diversified and became a key role player in Catapult Foundation’s structure. One of the key elements of his current role is to prepare music theory, music planning and curriculum for Catapult Foundation’s music tutors. He has also mastered the skill in Report and MOU writing to donors and stakeholders. He is dedicated and committed and in so doing continue to reaching the organisations goals and objectives in partnership with his wife Natasha Bruiners. James keeps fit by taking regular hikes and walks in the Overberg, He’s gardening skills is right up there with the best and spends his weekends with his family and grandchildren.

Natasha Bruiners

Founder & CEO

Natasha was born in the Township of Elsies River in Cape Town. She is the Founding member of Catapult Foundation and was introduced to the arts of music by her late father Richard. Her passion grew during her schooling years and one of her goals throughout her career was to enrich the lives of South African Struggling veteran musicians.
During the year 2000 Natasha collaborated with the likes of Jazz Musician, Ms Sylvia Mdunyelwa (aka Mamma Kaap), Kwezi Kobus, Jimmy Dludlu, Judith Sepuma, John Hassan, Loading Zone, Glen Robertson, Mr Robbie Jansen, Mr Zane Adams, Mr Alvin Dyers, Don Vino Prins, Carmen Xclusive, Johnathan Rubain, Celeste Williams, Black Current, Tye Platinum, Keagan Williams and the list goes on… and during this time Ubuntu Cultural Development was born and worked in partnership with the Department of Education in five focus schools. During 2017 Catapult foundation was founded with her husband James Bruiners. Catapult Foundation is situated in the Overstrand District and is currently providing music education to the learners of the Overstrand District. Natasha is also a proud mom of 4 beautiful children and 7 busy little grandbabies. During her off time she enjoys cooking delicious meals, entertaining, walks and hikes in the Overberg, supporting local and upcoming musicians and her love continues for family and music.
