Shane’s qualifications in business administration and management inspired a keen interest in management practice in marketing as well as human resources. He is considered as a multi-skilled individual dedicated to advancing strategic organisational goals through enhanced management, marketing and effective people practice to instil new vision, passion and engagement at all levels.

His Specialties include Management Practice, Organisational Development, Organisational Strategy, Marketing Strategy, Integrated Marketing Communications, E-marketing, Human Resources, Employee Relations, Labour Law, Tand raining and Development.

Over the span of 20 years of work experience, he has demonstrated the capacity to successfully coordinate complex projects, marketing communication strategies, business and funding proposals as well as the production of annual reports that follow the latest communication trends.

Shane is very passionate about people, animals and especially children due to the fact that he was adopted at the age of six weeks. He was born in poverty, raised by the privileged and never forgot his roots. He has first-hand experience with the trials and tribulations experienced by orphaned and vulnerable children, therefore, humanitarian efforts are close to his heart.

At the age of 17 Shane was emancipated by the high court of Cape Town by honourable Justice Ngwenya when he was declared an adult so that he could take control of his life. Shane continues to bring justice oto ne-half of those who are unable to speak for themselves, Shane is the adopted father of Sasha a rescue who was the 1st of 4 to be unchained.

Sonia Vincent is an accomplished Human Resources Executive who served Kheth’Impilo Aids Free Living for more than 16 years serves on committees and boards and is a long-standing board member of Catapult Foundation. She brings with her more than 20 years of xperience in the fast-paced NGO sector. This experience gave her a deep appreciation for how non-profits seek to improve the quality of life in South Africa. Her expertise is in Policy Development, HR Risk Management and Strategic HR Management and implementation of HRM strategies. Sonia is highly proficient in the rules and regs and representation at CCMA proceedings. During 2020 she consulted and formed part of the COVID-19 Directorate for Kheth’Impilo. Sonia’s concern grows as funding dwindles in the sector and the demand for NGOs increases with limited funding and resources during the pandemic. Her next chapter is acquiring the skill and knowledge to write proposals and learn fundraising techniques in this sector.

A highlight in her career was working for The Truth and Reconciliation Commission (TRC). The TRC was a court-like restorative justice body assembled in South Africa after the end of apartheid. This experience sets her apart in terms of the understanding of human suffering and pain and the gross human rights violations perpetrated during the apartheid regime.

Sonia always had a creative flair since childhood she puts her heart and soul into her photography to document the client’s moments and the event planned. She is the founder, owner and creative force behind Sonia & Co. Sonia is married to John and a mother of three most charming individuals. Family is the cornerstone of her accomplishments. In her free time, she can be found pursuing her love of yoga, meditation, reading, cycling, dragon boat paddling, food, music, and Travel.

Clint Don Coleridge currently holds the position as an Advocate of the High Court and member of the Cape Bar Council. Prior to being admitted as an Advocate Clint was a practicing Attorney for several years. He holds an LLB degree from the University of the Western Cape, PLT from the University of Cape Town and numerous legal certificates.
His belief is that Education is the greatest weapon that delivers change, change in oneself and the community.
He currently resides within the Atlantic Seaboard district. He is however grateful for the challenges posed whilst residing in different areas of the “Cape Flats”. These challenges were the epicentre of why Clint chose to practice within the legal field. His passionate about his deliverables, particularly when the public interest is of concern.

Clint brings substantive knowledge and expertise in the application of legislation, precedence, policies, and procedures. Working in the environment of Provincial and National Government which is too restricted within regulations he finds comfort and thrives within the environment of National and/or Local Government.

His professional background includes assisting with drafting new laws or amendments to existing laws. He was prevalent in the amendments to the Small Claims Court Act. Consulting with Ministers and further stakeholders. Solving problems which exists by implementation of legislation and regulations thereto. Drafting comprehensive opinions regarding issues within or against Ministerial offices, i.e., Home Affairs, Health, Police, SARS, Transport and Public Works etc. Taking comprehensive statements from public protectors and expert witnesses. This includes investigation in terms of law, implementation of dispute resolution and or disputing forensic findings, medico-legal matters, and litigation in both the private and the public (governmental) sector.

His passionate about Golf and Rugby but regards his family, Tracey Coleridge and their three kids, as the most important entities in his life.
